Nannochloropsis oculata is a unicellular microalgae which vastly found throughout the environment and have been widely studied due to its high productivity of secondary metabolites oil content. It majorly cultured in aquaculture sector as fish feed for industries polyunsaturated fatty acids. This work aims study impact salinity oxidative stress on expression carotenoid biosynthesis genes accumulation their products N. via qPCR HPLC analyses. Three responsible production value carotenoids namely lycopene beta-cyclase (CrTL-B/LCYB), beta-carotene oxygenase (CrTO)and hydroxylase (CrTR) under different stresses time points were identified quantified, amount ?-carotene, zeaxanthin, canthaxanthin, astaxanthin was measured. treated with concentrations Cu2+ ion (1, 2, 5 ppm) NaCl (50, 150, 250 mM) resembles conditions stress, respectively.
